It can be unlocked after progressing through the Dragon Quest III Crossover Story - Otherworldly Arena: Special Tourney II. Guidestone acquisition rates are increased for Thief Partitio, Cleric Therese, and Apothecary Signa in Hunts, Expert Hunts, and Dragon Quest III Crossover Hunts.
