Memories Fragment, Fragment (Stia), and Light Fragment can be obtained through the STEP Guide. 150 Fragment (Stia) can be traded for 1 Stia's Grand Sacred Seal (6★), and 200 Memories Fragment can be traded for any released Hero of Memories Traveler's Sacred Seal.
